On October 6, 2025, "Cambodia Digital Social Protection Platform" or "DSPP" was officially launched, presided over by H.E. Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, and Chairman of the National Social Protection Council. The launch ceremony was attended in person by leaders from relevant ministries and institutions, ambassador, governors, representatives of development partners, civil society organizations, and research institutions, totaling 350 people. An additional 5,000 people, including city/district/Khan governors, commune/Sangkat chiefs, and program implementation officers nationwide, participated via a video conferencing system.

This Royal Government's digital platform harmonized 10 social protection programs/schemes, representing a significant step and the achievement of another new milestone, in line with the "Digital Social Protection Architecture" outlined in the Strategic Plan for Digital Transformation in Social Protection 2024-2028.
