Create and improve policy and legal frameworks necessary to support the digital social protection.

Improve existing digital IT and infrastructure systems towards a unified digital social protection ICT system.
Strengthen coordination among government, private sector, civil society and development partners for digital transformation.
Prepare and implement policies, plans and legal frameworks for digital social protection
Lead and coordinate with ministries and stakeholders on social protection registry and digital platform
Lead coordination of digital transformation with ministries and stakeholders
Build awareness and capacity of institutions and stakeholders for the digital transformation strategy
Develop and implement government-to-people benefit systems with stakeholder participation
Develop dispute and complaint resolution mechanisms for digital social protection services
Manage and develop digital social protection platform and registry database
Report progress to the Executive Committee and National Social Protection Council
Implement technical standards for identity, benefits and service delivery
Other tasks as assigned by the National Social Protection Council
