H.E. YOK Samedy, Deputy Secretary-General of the GS-NSPC and Secretary of the DSP Secretariat, led a working group from relevant departments to meet with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. The meeting focused on reviewing and discussing the detailed preliminary concept for the Grievance Redress Portal (GRP), which is designed to be integrated and harmonized with existing grievance systems of social protection operators on the Digital Social Protection Platform (DSPP).

The study and preparation of this GRP development concept aims to strengthen the efficiency and speed of responses to complaints within the social protection system. By establishing an interoperable common system, the project intends to automate workflows, direct requests more accurately to relevant operators, resolve grievances more effectively, and provide faster notifications to beneficiaries and target groups.
