As assigned by H.E. YOK Samedy, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat for the National Social Protection Council and Head of the Digital SP Secretariat, the technical working group from the ICT Unit and the Digital Transformation Unit held a technical-level meeting to discuss the technical concept supporting the Digital Payment Certification System (DPCS) using Cambodia’s Digital Social Protection Platform (DSPP). The discussion focused primarily on verifying the accuracy of registration and membership data through the use of biometric data and the Social Protection ID (SPID), as well as further strengthening the comprehensiveness of interoperability between social protection operators and the DPCS, utilizing the existing mechanisms of DSPP, prior to placing this matter on the agenda for an upcoming inter-ministerial meeting.
