On February 26, 2026, H.E. Dr. CHAN Narith, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Secretary-General of the National Social Protection Council, led a delegation to Wing Bank Headquarters to meet with CEO Dr. Dmytro Kolechko. The discussion focused on strengthening cooperation and reviewing the digital architecture of the G2P 4.0 strategic framework to modernize digital cash transfers through a unified "Digital Social Protection Payment Platform". This initiative leverages the existing interoperability and IT infrastructure of the Cambodia Digital Social Protection Platform (DSPP), and Wing Bank has expressed its full support and readiness to collaborate on this vital project.
