Mr. CHHUT Lay Veasna, Deputy Head of the Secretariat for the Sub-committee of Digital Transformation in Social Protection, representing H.E. YOK Samedy, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat for the National Social Protection Council and Head of the Secretariat, was invited to participate as a speaker in the policy-level discussion under the theme "Aligning Innovation with Policy - AI, Sandboxes, UHC, and Governance" at the EuroCham Healthcare Forum and Innovation Exhibition 2025.

During this discussion, concepts related to Data-driven Governance, Cybersecurity, Data Protection, and AI Ethics in the health sector, Policies for Interoperable Healthcare Systems, and Universal Health Coverage (UHC) were brought up for discussion to move towards a more effective and seamlessly integrated connection between the Social Protection Ecosystem and the Healthcare Ecosystem.
