Meeting to Review the Development of the Graduation-Based Social Protection Programme (GBSP) on the Cambodia Digital Social Protection Platform (DSPP)

The Secretariat for Digital Transformation in Social Protection Sub-Committee and relevant departments of the General Secretariat for the National Social Protection Council, along with representatives from the IDPoor Department of the Ministry of Planning, National Social Assistance Fund, and UNDP, met to review the development of the GBSP's registration and implementation functions on the DSPP.
This technical review aims to support the rollout of the GBSP, which was officially launched on December 8, 2025, presided over by H.E. Dr. AUN Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, and the chairman of the National Social Protection Council.
The program's functions are fully deployed on the DSPP, featuring real-time interoperability with operators' systems, and are slated for implementation in Tuek Phos District (Kampong Chhnang) and Rovieng District (Preah Vihear).
