H.E. Dr. CHAN Narith, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Secretary-General of the National Social Protection Council, chaired a meeting to review and discuss the implementation of payment certification in the social protection system. The meeting was attended by H.E. PHEAKDEY Sambo, Director General of the National Payment Certification Agency, H.E. YOK Samedy, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat for the National Social Protection Council and Head of the DigitalSP Secretariat, as well as relevant officials.

The meeting aimed to review the implementation progress of social protection payment certification and discuss upcoming plans, especially in relations to the utilization of the Digital Social Protection Platform as the core infrastructure to support the digital payment certification system, enabling interoperability, data exchange, and beneficiary identity verification across relevant ministries and institutions, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of payment certification in accordance with prevailing regulations.
