H.E. YOK Samedy, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat for the National Social Protection Council and Head of the DigitalSP Secretariat, presided over a meeting on the Result of the Pilot Implementation of the Biometric Data Collection Campaign Using the IDPoor Portal via the Digital Social Protection Platform (DSPP) in Cheung Prey District, Kampong Cham Province, and Siem Reap Municipality, Siem Reap Province.

The meeting was jointly organized by the Department of Identification of Poor Households under the General Department of Planning of the Ministry of Planning and the DigitalSP Secretariat of the GS-NSPC, with support from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, and was attended by representatives from the General Department of Identification of the Ministry of Interior, as well as commune/Sangkat officials from Cheung Prey District, Kampong Cham Province, and Siem Reap Municipality, Siem Reap Province. The meeting aimed to consolidate the results of data updates for household members holding Equity Cards during the May 2026 pilot campaign, which collected biometric data via the IDPoor Portal on the DSPP.
