H.E. Yok Samedy, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat for the National Social Protection Council and Head of the Secretariat of the Sub-committee for Digital Transformation in Social Protection, led a technical meeting regarding the concept of utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to support the modernization of the digital social protection system.

The discussion focused on the strategic direction and the potential of utilizing AI in strengthening operational efficiency, data management, and information analysis, as well as ensuring the delivery of social protection services becomes smarter, more effective, and transparent.
