The National Social Protection Council, in collaboration with the Ministry of Planning, organized the launching ceremony of the IDPoor Portal on the DSPP, presided over by H.E. BIN Troachhey, Minister of Planning; H.E. Stefan MESSERER, Ambassador of Germany to Cambodia; and H.E. Derek YIP, Ambassador of Australia to Cambodia. The operationalization of the IDPoor Portal on the DSPP represents a continued effort to advance digital transformation in the social protection system by modernizing data management and strengthening interoperability among relevant ministries and institutions. It also enhances efficiency and transparency in identifying target groups and delivering social protection services, enabling timely and inclusive responses to the needs of the ciziten.

The ceremony was attended by leaders and representatives from relevant ministries and institutions, development partners, sub-national administrations, and various stakeholders, both in person and via remote video participation, with a total of approximately 2,000 participants.
