H.E. YOK Samedy, Deputy Secretary-General of the GS-NSPC and Secretary of the Digital Secretariat, led a technical working group from the Secretariat and relevant departments in a trilateral meeting with H.E. CHEA Sereyvath, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat for the Digital Government Committee, and H.E. Professor SOK Chour, Deputy Director-General for Health Technical of the Ministry of Health, together with their respective teams. The meeting focused on exploring opportunities to advance interoperability between the Royal Government's Social Protection Registry (SPR) and the Ministry of Health's Client Registry (CR), which is currently being designed and developed in line with the draft Digital Health Strategy.

The meeting specifically discussed two key areas:

1- The use of the Social Protection ID (SPID) in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, in addition to the Health ID, to support payment certification in compliance with the Royal Government's Sub-Decree on Payment Certification in the Social Protection System; and

2- Strengthening technical collaboration to study and establish the necessary technical framework for achieving full interoperability between the social protection ecosystem and the health ecosystem.
