The Second World Summit for Social Development spanned three days and participated by over 14,000 attendees from 186 countries, including approximately 117 countries represented by Heads of State or Heads of Government. The Summit included numerous panel discussions and side events to discuss various global issues related to poverty eradication and social inclusion, particularly a plenary session on promoting universal social protection through digital transformation. Through the digital transformation in Cambodia's social protection, especially Cambodia's Digital Social Protection Platform and Social Protection Registry, which have been recognized as a Global Best Practice, Cambodia was invited to present its digital initiative as a model for showcase at this Summit.

It should also be noted that, in addition to showcasing Cambodia's digital transformation in Cambodia's social protection, H.E. YOK Samedy was also invited as an honorable speaker in a policy-level discussion forum with representatives from Brazil, Gambia, the European Parliament, and a Senior Advisor from the World Bank, to discuss high-level digital solutions and policies.
