General Secretariat for the National Social Protection Council, led by H.E. Dr. CHAN Narith, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Secretary-General of NSPC, conducted a study visit and discussion with ACLEDA Bank Plc., led by Dr. In Channy, President & Group Managing Director. The discussion focused on modernizing digital cash transfer through a harmonized digital approach, including the development of the Digital Social Protection Payment Platform that harmonizes payment processes and leverages the existing interoperability mechanisms of the Cambodia Digital Social Protection Platform.

Guided by the direction of H.E. Dr. AUN Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the NSPC, this initiative aims to promote financial inclusion and enhance the efficiency and transparency of cash benefit delivery.
